Getting Set Up for NCOA in mSQL

Completing your PAF (Process Acknowledgement Form) for NCOA

Before NCOA can be used for the first time, it must be configured on the computer on which mSQL has been installed.

Locate NCOASetup.exe within the mSQL bin folder (for example, the default location is C:\Program Files\mSQL\bin for mSQL, and C:\Program Files (x86)\mDesktop\NCOA for mDesktop).

Right-click the file and select “Run as administrator”. Enter the details of a user with administrative privileges if required.

When the “NCOA Setup” window appears, click PAF Setup then Add New to create a new PAF account.  Fill in the required details as necessary and follow the instructions.  Select the new PAF in the list, click OK, then close the window.  Please email (support@360Science.com) or fax a signed copy of the PAF to 360Science. Please allow up to one week for your PAF to be approved by the USPS and your NCOA account to be set up.

Activating your NCOA service

Once your NCOA account has been created you will receive your specific account information from 360Science. To add your account information locate NCOASetup.exe from your start menu, or within the mSQL bin folder (for example, the default location is for mSQL). Right-click the file and select “Run as administrator”. Enter the details of a user with administrative privileges if required.

Click Account and input the User Name, Web Service License and Toolkit license provided by 360Science. Ensure these details are correct by clicking Test FTP and click OK.

Ensure all details displayed on the NCOA Setup window are correct, including the Account Statistics, and that you have selected a PAF then close the window. Your NCOA service is now active.
